These terms govern use of the Xemivo corporate website. Product subscriptions, implementation projects and other commercial services may be subject to separate agreements, order forms or product-specific terms.

The corporate website provides information about Xemivo products, services and capabilities. It does not by itself create a project contract, service level commitment or product warranty.
Project enquiries
Submitting a project brief is an invitation to discuss scope. Commercial terms, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and fees are agreed separately in an applicable proposal or contract.
Intellectual property
Xemivo branding, original website content and owned product materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party names and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.
